My students are amazing in every way possible. While our class and school lack materials such as the ones requested in this project, we make up for it in will and determination. About half of my students are from the city I teach in, while the other half have arrived in the United States from refugee camps in Africa over the past five years. Our class has meshed together to form not a classroom, but a family. The students who do not speak English fluently are constantly helped by their peers, since the majority of the day we have 21 students fully included all working together.
