My fourth grade students are inquisitive and full of wonder. They possess a thirst for knowledge and discovery, Unfortunately with the lack of technology in my classroom today it is difficult to keep them engaged in learning and prepare them for college or a career. My classroom is both diverse academically and ethnically. Eighty percent of my students come from a low socio-economic background and have limited English proficiency. All of my students would benefit from the technology available through the use of an iPad.
