I am a happy first grade teacher in an urban dual language school, inner of a very large city. We have a very diverse population, with kids coming from all over the world. Many kids are learning Chinese as a third language. The students spend half of their day with me and then I switch kids with the Chinese teacher. I teach in English, Reading, Writing and Social Studies. My Chinese partner teaches in Chinese, Math , Science, and Chinese. Our goal is to produce lifelong dual language learners with a conscious for kindness and love for all.
