My students are the best!!! They have often been through a lot for such a young age. Some of my students have witnessed violent events, some have experienced great loss, some have very limited resources to meet their basic needs. My students and their families are some of the most resilient people that I have been fortunate enough to meet. We work hard at channeling their wisdom in great ways.
