Every day I am profoundly aware of the responsibility I carry for the students that walk through my classroom door. Being a teacher is who I am and standing in front of more than 20 fourth graders is exactly where I want to be. More than that, it's where I love to be. It is my ultimate aspiration that I guide my students to the place of their awakening for creative expression and knowledge. It's the very least I could do, since they've already done so for me.
