Technology in the classroom is now at a critical point in society. As educators, we should be able to offer more technology rich lessons to all students daily. With a Promethean Activslate and document camera, I know I could do just that. At this time, I am teaching 1st grade after spending many years as a 4th grade team teacher. At this time, like my students, I am learning as I go. As you may imagine, my 6 and 7 year old students are a constant bundle of energy and always who love using technology tools. Our school is one in the district who strives for technology resources in our classroom. Each year, we have school tech campaigns to try and help ourselves gain more for our students. This year, we are hoping we can get help with this group.

About my class
