Today's generation loves music in physical education! I notice a big difference in my students level of participation with music versus without music. Our old radio is broken and my students keep asking me when we are going to get a new one. I utilize music on a daily basis. It helps me pump them up and get them excited for the classes activities. I utilize all types of music depending on the unit of study. For example: yoga, volleyball, fitness, basketball, games, project adventure, soccer, floor hockey, relay races, even softball and units that are outside on the track which is why a wireless blue tooth would work best.
