This year our class was furnished with several Chromebooks that we use on a daily basis. As you know, the world of technology is always changing. Many of my students do not have access to technology at their home, which makes it more important that my students are able to access the Chromebooks at school. I have tried creating my own charging station but have been unsuccessful. The power cords get all tangled up and makes it time consuming trying to get the computers out. My students need access to fully charged Chromebooks so they can maximize their learning potential while completing their daily work. A charging station would not only keep our Chromebooks charged fully, but it will also help them stay organized. It will also help the students stay on task with their learning rather than trying to untangle power cords to get their Chromebook out. This charging station will also teach my students how to be responsible and plug their computer back in to fully charge it for the next student.
