Professional Development series on how to serve special needs students digitally and meet IEP needs. The PD session will allow me to model good synchronous and asynchronous lessons for students with special needs. The learning sessions will also allow me to show teachers how to collect student data and meet needs and address deficits. Special Education teachers need someone to show them how to maneuver this new digital learning craze. It is difficult to teach a special needs learner digitally. I plan to make it easier for teachers to do. The Surface Pro will be used to engage teachers on how to use Microsoft apps with students for their virtual classrooms. Teachers will learn how to use TEAMS, Microsoft Forms, OneDrive, Onenote, and Sharepoint. This will assist with asynchronous and synchronous learning for our start in the virtual school year.
