The best part of teaching Art is the children! My 800 students, kindergarten through fifth grade, are as diverse as a box of 64 Crayola crayons. Age, ethnicity, economic status, parental support and home environment all contribute to make a student body that is full of potential and very challenging at the same time. For most of my students, money and time have negated exposure to fine arts.

About my class
