The demographics at our school are primarily middle to lower class minority families. Many of the students' parents work multiple jobs to support their families. In the band program, there are numerous students who have part time jobs to help support their families and pay for all the extra curricular activities they partake in at school. The school is a Title I school with 78% of our students receiving free or reduced lunch.
