These crafting materials, along with recyclables, and basic school supplies will allow my students to explore their creativity. When children have the opportunity to work on open-ended tasks it is amazing what they come up with. Children can use tape and pipe cleaners to build structures. Hole punches, scissors, stamps, and envelopes make personalized stationary. Making new things sparks conversation which leads to developing language both spoken and written. They will use these materials to write, create, design, and build a million different things! The sky is the limit when you give children the tools they need to show off their ingenuity. Thank you for your generosity and partnership in continuing to foster purposeful play and the development of the whole child.
