Literary analysis Jenga will transform class discussion and student accountability in my classroom. Essentially what a genius of an English teacher on Teachers pay Teachers has done is created literature analysis activities (both verbal and written) that follow Bloom’s Taxonomy of higher-level thinking, categorized them by level and made them the size of a Jenga piece for easy application! Amazing…I know. I am so excited at the possibility of having six groups simultaneously engaging in the analysis of literature at a level they are comfortable with, in a way that they are undoubtedly going to enjoy. That is 100% engagement, 100% of the time!
