These materials will allow students to work collaboratively to create an outdoor garden. By having tools and supplies readily available, we can work together to turn an unused space on our campus into an amazing sitting garden filled with flowers and herbs. Our school-wide theme this year centers around conservation and our 5th graders are excited to create an outdoor garden where they will repurpose items such as plastic bottles and wooden pallets. By finding another way to use these items, we can create an amazing flower and herb garden and reduce the amount of plastic that will go to our landfill.
