All children deserve a voice. An iPad will allow my school children who are nonverbal or have limited expressive language an opportunity to express themselves. Having a "voice" to chat with friends, share ideas, express basic wants and needs will forever change the lives of these kiddos. An iPad with a variety of voice output communication applications will afford students the opportunity to express themselves in ways that they have previously been unable to. It is my goal to have a variety of iPads and apps so that my students can try out different ways of communicating before the team makes a final device decision.

About my class
