Each day the doors open to a free breakfast for ALL students. Of the 500 students we serve, 97% of them qualify for free and reduced lunch. Many of the students face a variety of challenges, yet they come to school every day ready and eager to learn. Their enthusiasm, humor, and incredibly unique personalities have kept me at my current school for the last 4 years (ALL of my teaching years!)! I am dedicated to providing them with the best learning experiences I can in the time I have with them. Part of this involves updating classroom technology in order to deliver science and math content in the most exciting and accessible way possible, so that I can provide a rich and modern learning environment that consists of tools representative of the technologically advanced times we live in. These experiences will prepare students to be capable and competitive in high school, college, and beyond.
