My students are from an urban area that is multicultural. Our school is a small charter, Montessori High school. Community is important and held in high regard. We work to instill in our students a sense of belonging and community as well as responsibility to society and the world. My students are silly, young and many have not traveled outside the area. I also have several that live part time in other parts of the world. My students are expressive and interested in creating.
