My students are amazing. They are so excited to be in the science room. Whether we are designing investigations to study the search pattern of ants, creating cartoons that share our learning, or diving into text to learn content, my students are thrilled to question the world and events around them. The fifth graders love to integrate technology as much as they love to cut up cardboard to design model robotic hands. I have all 115 students throughout the day, and I appreciate the enthusiasm and curiosity they bring to the learning. My school is so supportive to learning science through hands-on investigation. The staff and administration is very helpful in supporting my students in all their crazy ideas and fun! The learning is always celebrated and promoted.
