My name is Jenine Butler, I have lived in the capital district throughout my life. I graduated from the College of St. Rose with my master's in special education. I graduated in 2011 with my undergraduate in special education/early childhood. I am currently a special education teacher at Kensington Road Elementary School, an elementary school in the Glens Falls School District. I teach a 2nd grade classroom that can consist of up to 15 students. Currently I have 11. The students have a range of abilities and needs and the classroom is very specific to those needs. We work in our classroom for ELA, math and writing and then push in with a different 2nd grade class for social studies and science.
