My students come into my classroom with diverse backgrounds, experiences, languages, you name it. I teach a fourth grade hybrid class. This means I teach students who have a range of English proficiency levels. I have students who are beginning to learn English sitting next to students where English was their first language. This document camera will be a way to reach all my students. English language learners need visuals to help them learn but ALL students need to be engaged with what they are learning. I believe an Elmo in my classroom will help all my students become more engaged and proud of the work they are doing.
