Empathy and understanding of the greater world are two critical needs for our students, who frequently have not traveled outside of their town, much less outside their state or country. Using the Oculus Go, students can experience the journey of a refugee from South Sudan, follow a journalist into some of the most dangerous places in the world, and even visit some of the world’s greatest museums to experience the most famous pieces of art. Giving students engaging experiences to deepen their understanding of every subject across the curriculum, from science to social studies, from math to museums, is priceless.
