I teach 50 students math every day. The students come ready to learn, but I want to make sure they have what they need to do that! We work so hard every day and that starts by writing our names on the paper. Without pencils and a working pencil sharpener, this makes it hard. In order to save on paper as well, I would use the white boards for quick assessment of understanding and another means to have them show their work. My classroom would benefit from receiving this by being able to complete their math assignments without worrying about having a pencil. My students would also be able to take one home so they are prepared at home to complete work as well. Having this supply of pencils and erasers along with a working pencil sharpener would make us all so happy and content knowing. We will be set to work until the end of the year.
