We've all heard it before, "Communication is the key." in many situations. This phrase may be simple to some and very complex to others. My project will help to promote literacy and communication skills within my K-2nd grade Special Education cluster classroom. Finding ways to help my students communicate effectively is at the forefront of my daily tasks. The supplies that I am requesting includes a daily picture schedule so that my students can visually see and anticipate the transitions that we will make through out the day. Also the literacy center activities will support and increase communication skills.
