My school is Title I. Over 90 percent of student population are on free or reduced lunch. Most of students do not have chances to explore other eating options due to their parent's low economic situation. Therefore, many of my students do not eat enough vegetables. Most of them have never had the opportunity to garden, and many of them do not have any concept of how our fruits and vegetables get to the table. Many students believe that they come from the super market. We will explore other options and I will teach them how they can plant their own vegetables at home.
