My students come from a variety of homes. Some students live in single family homes, while others live in low income projects. My students come from single parent homes, multiple families living in the home and traditional two parent homes. They are multicultural. I have ELL students and Resource students in my class. They are eager to learn and love to receive new items on the first day of school. They are thrilled when they walk into the classroom and see the variety of materials they have to use and keep. Things such as markers, pencils, bookmarks, and most of all prizes from my prize box. To sum it up my students are caring, creative and love to learn.
