Diversity, high poverty, and a HUGE love of learning: those phrases describe my class and my school as a whole. My children have not been given the best circumstances, but you would never know it by their smiling faces and great attitudes as they enter our classroom each day. We are a school with over 90% low income families and over 90% minorities. School is a safe place for many of my children and they love coming every day. The majority of my students are Hispanic and English Language Learners. I have the best kids in the world and I want to provide them every opportunity to become the best they can be!
