My classroom is my students first high school experience. I try to provide a safe environment where they can relax, ask questions and feel safe. This year I will be teaching Environmental Science, which is new for them and me! These items supply my students with the tools they need to access the curriculum and feel professional and successful. When they know they are being received, cared for and cheered on they gain the confidence to ask questions, take risks and succeed in furthering their education. I am truly grateful to anyone who can enrich their experience. These students deserve more than I can provide for them on my own. I usually begin the year purchasing these things but thought after several people have offered to help me in my journey that I would step out of my comfort zone and ask for help. NONE of these things are for me. I buy my own pens, planner, paperclips, staples, etc. Everything I have requested is solely for mt students!
