My 1st and 2nd grade students need differentiated practice with math skills. The polyhedral dice will be used in math fact games. My students will use the 2-prong manila file folders for their math activities. My students will get the dice and their folders from the 6-drawer cart. The dice and books will help students experience success in the classroom. The Mercy Watson books are great for read alouds. I will use these books to teach literacy skills such as main idea and compare and contrast. The book Spaghetti in a Hot Dog Bun and The Invisible Boy will both be used to teach my students about kindness and respecting differences.
