My students come from a low to middle income household. They have very limited resources at home and our school has limited resources since it is a small community school. We have fantastic teachers who are "moving mountains" with what little they have. Yet, to assist in moving our school and country into a better place, our students need to succeed in reading and thus providing them a comfortable place to read will ultimately allow them to connect reading with comfort.
