My students are hands down some of the brightest and most spirited individuals you'll find in an elementary school! They are full of energy, love, and eagerness to learn! Our school is a place that strives on excellence, but doesn't take away the fun in the process! We encourage our students to express themselves academically while meeting all of our state requirements. The teachers and staff do their best to supply students with everything it takes to meet their goals. It can be hard to do at times because we are a title 1 school in a rural community in Tennessee. We have more than 65% on free and reduced lunch. Our parents are a big part of our learning environment. They volunteer time helping teachers do tasks that just could not be accomplished in the normal school hours. It's important for our school community to support our students and their needs. We work together to do what we can to encourage learning in a indivualized and creative way!
