My students are beginning 4th grade where they will begin to delve deeper into each subject area. They are typically very excited about 4th grade because this year they get to rotate classrooms as each teacher teaches two subjects. My students are from a low-economic area in Oklahoma. Our school is a Title I school with approximately 70% of our students on the free and reduced lunch program. Although our school population is predominately Caucasian, we also have a high number of Spanish speaking families as well as American Indian families.
