The magnetic letters will be so helpful. Students will have their own tray of letters to work on various literacy activities in a small group setting. Their letter tray will hold specific letters based on words that student knows and words that student is learning. The magnetic board will be setup in the class so that students can work in pairs to build words together. It is key that students learn and grow from one another. The picture cards will be used to help build phonemic awareness. Students will use the cards to sort based on beginning, medial and or final sounds in words. The possibilities are endless.
