"Education is our passport for the future, as it is those who prepare for it today, that lead us into tomorrow." My Second Grade class is made up of 25 passionate learners. Our school is a Title I school located in Virginia. My students come from a low income high poverty area where they face struggles in and out of the classroom. They have been met with adversity and overcame it time and time again. I want to provide my students with life lessons on acceptance, kindness, responsibility and overcoming adversity that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.
