We live and work in a small rural community in Missouri. The students are excellent kids with bright futures. The community has been hit hard by the current economic crisis and we want to incorporate more technology in our school. I would love the opportunity to go full one to one for my students, but the money isn't available for the district to provide laptops because our property taxes were cut by 7%. The district, students, and parents are on board with our plan. We are having the students bring their own device, but many of our students cannot afford their own device due to these tough economic times. Therefore I am requesting a ThinkPad to be used by students that do not have their own device.
