Our classroom is in need of Duplos so students can create hands-on projects! We have a large center dedicated to building and creating and Duplos are the perfect building material for our kindergarten students to work with! These students also use the blocks for math centers, creating shapes, counting, sorting, making patterns, and adding to and taking away from structures. Free play time is used for creative discovery, and adding items such as vehicles and people allows students to use their imaginations and have fun! Children are social and learn about cooperation and sharing during this time! A large set of Duplos would be very much appreciated!
