A pleasant atmosphere and comfortable seating can make a school library come alive for children. Allowing students to choose a favorite place and position for reading sends the message to young readers that reading can and is a pleasurable experience. This new reading area will quickly become the focal point of the school library and draw students to grab their favorite book and relax while reading. Do you read sitting in a straight back chair? The comfortable couch will be accented with two lime green leather chairs and a beautiful coordinating area rug. The two chairs and area rug have already graciously been donated by community members and staff.

About my class
