25 students from the Bronx in an ICT classroom with two teachers mixed in to a school of 1700 students. They come from various cultural backgrounds, creating a truly unique and diverse classroom. This is a Title I school. Students have access to some technology in school but it is shared among all the students. Many students don't have access to technology out of school, so we try to expose them to as much as possible in the classroom. We would love to have a classroom iPad to allow students access at any time during the day. Our school tries to emphasize the use of technology in all academic areas and even purchases online programs for students to use in reading and math.
