I am a new teacher to this district, but know the importance of technology in the classroom. My students come from a very diverse neighborhood. Some students come from high socioeconomic homes and others come for low socioeconomic homes, but all students are aware of the importance of technology inside and outside of the classroom. Even though my classroom will be diverse, I know that all of my students have an appreciation for technology. They are students who crave knowledge and are innovators at heart. Having access to an IPAD in the classroom would greatly benefit my students' educational experience.
