I work with students who are advanced proficient in language arts literacy, mathematics and or science on state standardized assessments, gifted artists, talented singers and dancers, great debaters and visual thinkers...yet socially unable to interact with their peers. I teach and research resources for Gifted and Talented students attending an urban public school in New Jersey. The majority of my students receive free lunch, are from single parent homes and have witnessed self-destructive activities in their community.

About my class
