The materials I am requesting are for STEM activities. These items will specifically give my students the opportunity for more hands on learning in Science and Mathematics. My students will be able to explore with coding activities within small groups. Using the Mega Bloks and Legos, my students will be able to plan and build an object while practicing fine motor skills and simple machine concepts. This donation will change my student's lives for the better because these STEM activities and projects will serve as a foundation for science and math. This project gives them the opportunity to learn with tools that they might not get to use otherwise. I want to instill a love for learning at an early age. These students need every opportunity to learn and achieve. Let's start in Kindergarten, so that students have foundational skills to build on!
