My students sit all day long. Many get physically restless and frustrated. The movement of the stool allows them to move their bodies and soothe themselves with rocking. I bought one wobble stool and have seen an incredible difference in my special education students. With a wobble stool, you don't need to sit still. Students can listen to lessons longer and just seem happier and more comfortable in my room. I would love to have more flexible seating for my classes, because I have so many students who need it.
