Our school is a brand new, small public school. We've been open for a year and already have 100 students enrolled in computer science course work. We attract creative students from inner city neighborhoods who are interested in having educational experiences organized around several themes such as film, music, visual arts, coding and design. Though our students face many challenges, they are resilient and use their creativity and love of technology to produce meaningful work that they are proud to share with their communities. Many of our students attend school because they dream of being video game programmers and web designers. Our intensive STEM + the Arts program allows for students to engage in project based learning and earn credits toward a software engineering certification.
