I have a class of 2nd grade students. They are kind, polite, and eager to learn, but hard to focus. They love moving, and interacting with each other, but once it is time to sit and listen to the teacher, they stare off into space, start fidgeting, or start playing in their desks. They need more movement to keep their brains focused on their tasks!
