In my classroom, I currently have one old wooden easel. The magnet is falling apart, and my chart paper doesn't fit on it. Every day, the paper and my big books fall off it, disrupting instruction and potentially harming the students sitting in the front row. A new easel will ensure ALL students can see what is on the easel when I am teaching AND save the students in the front row from being hit with falling objects! We use the easel all day long, and the current one just isn't working for our class. The new one would allow me to organize all my supplies in one easy-to-access location.
