The right technology at the right time makes a world of difference. Where would we be without microphones in a large room or a the whiteboard to communicate and demonstrate concepts and ideas? A document camera is the live virtual whiteboard for my community of remote learners. We will be using technology to bring us closer together as we share ideas about books we are reading, ways we solve problems with math and communicate our ideas with the written word. My students learn best when we visually examine new concepts presented and converse about what it uncovers. The document camera is a necessity during remote learning to bolster clarity and engagement for all my students.
