I have been a teacher for over 27 years in grades ranging from 3rd-8th. I started teaching because I wanted to make a difference and make education fun while interesting. I was not a fan of sitting at a desk all day long at school and wanted to make the learning experience challenging and engaging. I have been in the same district for my entire career, but have had the privilege of working in two locations. For the past three years I have been working with the Gifted and Talented students.
