My students are a wonderful group of 5 and 6 year olds who have lots of energy and just need to move! They attend a very small charter school in California in its second year of operation. Because it is a brand new school, the playground equipment has not been fully developed. These students are in the prime of their development and need trikes to help them develop their very important large motor skills. There is only one small climbing structure at the school on a large concrete play area. They run around and make the most of it, but having trikes would help them so much in their development.
