We have a wonderful music program at our school with great students. There is a proud tradition of music and many fine ensembles including choir, band, show choir, jazz band, percussion ensemble, pep band, and marching band but we are always looking for more ways to reach our students especially those who do not fit our traditional ensembles or course offerings. Nearly 50% of our students are on the free and reduced lunch program and some can not afford to be involved in a traditional band program, or because of their family structure, cannot commit to performances outside the school day. Our guitar offering will be a draw to these students and meet these needs.
