My school is a public magnet high school for the visual and performing arts. All students are invited by portfolio review, critical thing skills, GPA and motivation to excel in their selected art form. The student body comes from an major urban southern city with the third highest rate of immigration in the USA. These students are America. They are the creative thinkers who will make our tomorrow a better tomorrow. They are the innovative leaders who new ideas, solve problems and find solutions to many issues facing the world. They are our future but they are growing up in a time where money is hard to come by and teenage jobs do not exist. They have the talent and ability to change society but they need the tools to do so. The Visual Arts students at my school are high achievers in both the arts and academics. These students study not only Visual Art but also want to become doctors, engineers, educators,lawyers and veterinarians. By funding Prismacolor-ful you will help them succeed.
