I have returned to teaching in Arizona, after a 5 year trek to Kansas. I am glad to be back in the land of sand and sun! My students are eager learners who are ready to tackle the world and need the skills, strategies, and knowledge to move ahead in life. In a rural school with close to 3,000 students, it's easy to become "invisible", but I work hard at making sure every student feels valued and sees their education as a way to improve not only themselves, but the world around them.

About my class
